Human
Resource Information
The Human Resource Information
(HRi) System allows you to maintain records of your employees under a
multiple company environment and organise these according to easily
customisable control parameters. It boasts powerful query and alert
capabilities for labour reporting, action lists, distribution lists,
statistical analysis, and HR administration. The system is integrated
with all HRiQ modules, allowing you to view the employee's training,
leave, appraisal, claims and payroll records all at a glance.
Leave
Management
The Leave Management System
automates the administrative tasks of recording various types of leave,
including Annual Leave and Sick Leave. The eLeave extension
module assists with the online electronic application and approval of
leave, and automatically generates and sends e-mail messages alerting
employees covering the duties of the employee going on leave.
This can also be integrated with the eClaims module for overtime claims
to be made on off-in-lieu, or overtime allowance to be paid through the
payroll.
Training
Management
By evaluating your company’s
training needs, the Training Management System facilitates staff
development, training administration, career planning and costs
allocation. This module tracks employee training and handles
administration such as in-house courses, room scheduling, class
registration and attendance taking.
Appraisal
Management
The Appraisal Management
system allows you to create unique appraisal templates for different
departments and job functions. It then calculates the final score
for each employee based on a customisable scoring system. The
scores are integrated and recorded as part of the employees’
performance history, and can be used as a basis for pay increments and
bonus payouts.
Benefits Management
The Benefits Management System
facilitates the easy administration of your organization's medical and
dental benefit programs by automatically tracking each employee's
benefit entitlement, claims and expenses. This module also allows
for co-payment schemes and incentives. Payouts of claims to employees
are integrated with the Payroll System and can be credited directly to
employee's payroll.
Payroll
Management
The Payroll System is a
multiple company system that allows you to compute CPF contributions,
other statutory deductions and the net pay for each employee. You
are also given the flexibility of controlling pay items and the
integrity of the data through a series of setup parameters.
Employee
Self-Service
The Employee Self-Service
System is fully integrated with the rest of the HRiQ modules, and makes
tedious, time-consuming paperwork redundant. Here, employees can
update selected personal details, apply for leave, submit claims and
view their payslips electronically.
